Northern Chemical Sales Corporation was incorporated in December of 1972. We officially opened our doors the following month in January 1973, and quickly made our mark as a reputable and reliable player in the chemical marketing industry of the Philippines.
Our founder and President Dr. John K. Tan, a renowned professor and chemical engineer, applied his expertise to the chemical importation and trading industry in the Philippines. He envisioned an organization that would provide chemical products of the best quality at the best prices.
Dr. Tan also served as the president of the Federation of Filipino Chinese Chambers of Commerce and Industry Incorporated (FFCCCII) from 2007-2009, and has earned numerous accolades from various organizations for his contributions to both the industry, and to Philippine society.

Dr. Tan is the founding president of PACSI (Philippine Association of Chemical Suppliers Incorporated), with his company serving as a founding member since its establishment in 1983. Northern Chemical Sales corporation is also a member of SPIK (Samahan sa Pilipinas ng mga Industriyang Kimika/Chemical Industries Association of the Philippines).
